Every day, over 82,000 pigs in Germany alone are “stunned” with CO₂ before slaughter – a method that causes panic, pain, and unimaginable suffering. Activists from ARIWA documented this process in a slaughterhouse in Lohne, exposing the brutal reality.

Their courageous efforts have consequences: The slaughterhouse operator has filed charges against them. To help cover legal costs in solidarity and raise further awareness of this issue, we collaborated with the activists and designer Kerstin Brüller to create a solidarity design.

This design is now available on sustainable posters and stickers, as well as fair trade tote bags and beanies (both made from organically grown cotton). You can also get all these beautiful items in a discounted package. Every purchase supports the activists in making animal suffering visible and exposing the cruel practices of the animal industry.
