Shipping & Handling
Shipping costs
We charge a fee for the shipping of your order. The shipping fee within Germany is € 5.90. We reserve the right to ship orders either via DHL (incl. tracking) or via Deutsche Post (without tracking). For orders with clothing (sweatshirts, t-shirts, shorts) or shoes, there is also the option to choose "Short-of-money soli" for 2,90 €. Orders with a value of 85 € or more can be shipped free of charge. If you would like to have your package or envelope tracked and/or show solidarity with our collective, you can always choose the option "RoC support & tracking" for 8.99 €.
Composition of the shipping costs flatrate
We take not only the postage into account, but also packiging materials and the value of the time and effort of packing your order.
PayPal Express: Shipping costs default
If the order is purchased via PayPal Express, the shipping method cannot be selected and is always the same as the above general shipping fee for shipments within Germany, or it does not apply if the value of goods is 100 € or more.
Collection
Daily between 11 am and 3 pm at our warehouse (Rudolf-Diesel-Straße 37 in 48157 Münster) or by telephone arrangement.
Book orders from edition assemblage
For orders containing exclusively titles of the publishing house edition assemblage, there is a separate shipping option to choose from. The flat rate for this option is 3.99 € and the limit for free shipping is 35€. This does not apply in the case of payment processing via PayPal Express.
Orders of vouchers
For orders containing only roots of compassion vouchers, there is the possibility to receive them free of shipping costs. This does not apply in the case of payment processing via PayPal Express.
