Soy Shreds consist of textured vegetable protein, perfect for vegan goulash, gyros and much more. They're a fantastic basis for vegan dishes without meat that are supposed to have this typical flavour.
TVP (textured vegetable protein) has a meatlike consistency, can be used in many dishes (absorbs every flavor) and has a very high protein content.
Just add hot water, vegetable stock and spices. Let soak for 10 min, squeeze, fry and enjoy.
Store cool and dry.
