Scop Ti

Once upon a time a factory in South France produced Lipton tea. This factory was part of Unilever group. In 2010 it was decided to close the factory and send everybody home. But the workers didn't approve of this plan and fought back. They fought for 1336 days, and finally they won. Since May 2014 they own the factory and produce tea on their own. Of course, the name of the new product couldn't be <Lipton anymore - but what better name could there be for this tea but 1336? Of course, they didn't just change the name: they started to readjust their trade relations and built up fair and regional (if possible) trade relations. And you'll also find organic teas in their range now. You see: it's possible to stand up and fight - and to be successful in the end.
