Wie ein Brennglas zeigt die Fleischindustrie also die Herrschafts- und Ausbeutungsverhältnisse eines Systems auf, in dem Arbeiter, Tiere und Natur bloß Mittel der Profitmaximierung sind. Es besteht daher kein Zweifel, dass die Umwälzung dieser lebensfeindlichen Verhältnisse notwendig ist. [...] Dazu wollen wir einen kleinen Beitrag leisten und neue Impulse für einen gemeinsamen durchschlagenden Widerstand geben: Unsere Zeitung soll soziale Bewegungen,Gewerkschafts- und Betriebsaktive, Kommunisten und Sozialisten ebenso wie die Tierbefreiunds-, Ökologie- und Klimabewegung anregen, sich gegen das Fleischkapital und für ein wirklich revolutionäres und zivilisatorisches Projekt zusammenzutun: die Enteignung und Konversion der Fleischindustrie hin zu veganer, ökologisch nachhaltiger und demokratisch kontrollierter Produktion.
