That's the perfect spot to add some infos about the ingredients they use: the "Chocolate" comes from the EcoFinia GmbH, which produces for Vivani and iChoc, for example. Couverture chocolate stems from Zotter from Austria, which is Considered one of the best chocolatiers in the world and has raised the standard for fair trade to a new level. The raw cane sugar and fine flavored cocoa they get from Naturata/Rapunzel and natural fruit oils from Leckers. Many of the spices they use are from "Sonnentor", the dried fruit and nuts mostly from Schmütz Naturkost or Rapunzel. (Stand 11/2018)
