Soy Medaillons consist of textured vegetable soy protein. Perfect for vegan filet, shashlik, skewes and much more. TVP has a meatlike consistency, can be used in many dishes (absorbs every flavor) and has a very high protein content.
Just add hot water, vegetable stock and spices. Let soak for 10min and squeeze to get the water out. After that you can let it soak in marinade or directly fry it.
Store cool and dry.
