How do i place an order?
Just add your desired products in the virtual shopping cart - then go to the
`checkout´ and enter your personal data in the customer form. We then
receive your order and check if all products are available. You will receive
an invoice via e-mail with the total order amount and all other details you
need to pay for your order (bank details, address, etc.)
What about shipping cost?
Shipping costs basically depend on your order value and the country you´re
ordering from. Please check the „Shipping & Returns“ section
for more info!
Can i call the ROC office?
Yes, our office is open from monday - friday from 9am to 4pm. If we are out
of the office you can leave a message on our answering machine and we´ll

How do i know what size i am?

ROC size
To get the ideal fit for your shoe you need to find our your ROC size.
We`ve measured the insole in all our shoe models. Now you only have to find
out the length of your foot (see figure), add one centimeter and you have your
ROC size!
What about washing instructions?
Please read washing instructions on all garments before washing. We will not
be responsible for items which have been washed without using the washing instructions.
Can i put in an order for up to 10EUR?
No, sorry. The minimum order amount is 10EUR!
I have already placed an order, but i´d like to change it.
No problem! If you´d like to add or delete items from your order, just
drop us a short eMail at order (at) rootsofcompassion (dot) org. If you don´t
like your order at all, just place a new one, and let us know that you want
your previous one deleted.
What happens if i order lots of stuff?
If you live in Germany and order for over 100EUR (available items only) your
order is postage-free.
After i have paid, when will i get my order?
Depending on where you live, the closer to us, the faster. Inside of Germany
it takes about 2-4 days, within Europe 1 week and outside of Europe 2-4 Weeks.
What if i don´t like an item, it´s faulty or doesn´t fit?
Returns are no problem but: the cancellation of sale is valid for the delivery
within europe. It is not applicable to food or sealed goods, when the sealed
package has been opened or damaged. If you don´t like the ordered product,
or there are any kinds of defects, you have the possibilty to recall your order
within two weeks. If you want to do so, please send us an e-mail BEFOREHAND!
ATTENTION: We cannot accept any items where we have to pay the postage!
Do you have wholesale prices?
Yes, we do. Please contact us via mail if you want to order buttons, t-shirts,
stickers and zines for wholesale. But we don´t do wholesale for all items!
